We’ve got a new stand mixer in the kitchen, so we’re testing it out with an untested recipe: Apple Bread!
It’s apple season, and we found a sweet deal on some even sweeter apples – Opal apples – that we are going to use in this bread.

Now, if I were to make it again, I’d swap out the melted butter with vegetable oil instead, probably about 3/4 cup of it.
